Modern Management and Windows Autopilot
Provisioning a Windows device should take one login and no helpdesk ticket. This day covers how to get there: the principles behind Modern Management, how Autopilot is actually configured, and how security, patching and policy fit together instead of fighting each other. Zero Trust is not a separate module here — it runs through the whole day.

Mac Management with Microsoft Intune
Most organisations manage Macs far worse than they manage Windows, usually because the team learned Intune on Windows first. This day is about the parts that don’t transfer: profile configuration, application deployment, compliance settings and the security strategies that are specific to Apple hardware in a Microsoft-managed estate. Theory plus live demo, drawn from implementations at everything from large groups to SMBs.
